Who I am |
I am a human resource practitioner with 30
years’ operational experience in IT and engineering companies,
working mainly in the UK but also across Europe including
Romania. I have been personnel director of an engineering and an
IT company, each with some 750 staff, handling redundancy,
outplacement and redeployment.
I have specialised in graduate resourcing and development,
hiring 250 graduates and 650 student trainees a year for a large
blue chip IT company and being appointed board member of the
Association of Graduate Recruiters.
I am passionate about helping individuals realise their
potential and this has led me to my work on fostering
business/higher education links and promoting employability and
career management skills development. I write and speak on
employability and employment matters.
Principal Associates
Where a client would benefit, they are offered the additional
services of a small number of associates. Together, we have long
experience of HR and HRD strategies and practice in blue chip
organisations and specifically are experts in supporting
partnerships in higher education, government and business.

Bianca Kubler MSc. BPS is a qualified practitioner for the
use of occupational psychometric tools including the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and SHL occupational psychometric
instruments used for personal and team
development. She has a wealth of HRD experience in blue chips
and SMEs. Bianca has a special interest in advancing skills
development in higher education by applying the perspectives of
life long learning and business practice. |

Liz Rhodes MBE is a consultant to and former Director of
the National Council for Work Experience. Liz created the
renowned Shell STEP programme which retains its blue riband
status as the benchmark for undergraduate work related learning. |
